Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes
Gracie Barra's GBK program, short for "Gracie Barra Kids," is a specialized curriculum designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun and engaging way. Tailored for kids ages 3 to 15, the GBK program emphasizes not only physical techniques but also important life skills such as discipline, respect, and self-confidence. Adult Jiu Jitsu Classes
Gracie Barra's GB1, GB2, and No Gi programs offer a comprehensive training experience for practitioners of all levels and preferences. The GB1 program caters to beginners, providing a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including basic techniques, positions, and principles.
