Over the course of 16 weeks, participants delve into a comprehensive curriculum comprising 96 techniques that form the bedrock of a formidable Jiu Jitsu repertoire. From mastering self-defense strategies in standing positions to executing fundamental ground techniques like Jiu Jitsu Guard and Sweeps, students are equipped with essential skills for both self-defense and sport. Classic submissions such as the armbar and triangle are also covered, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of Jiu Jitsu fundamentals. 

Gracie Barra's No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu program offers practitioners a dynamic and versatile approach to the art form, emphasizing techniques and strategies that don't rely on the traditional use of the gi. In this program, students focus on grappling techniques that are applicable in real-life scenarios, where opponents may not be wearing a uniform. With an emphasis on control, leverage, and submissions, No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu hones the practitioner's ability to adapt and excel in various environments, whether it's for self-defense, competition, or general fitness.
